Print manufacturing company is looking for a creditors clerk to join their finance department.

The suitable candidate will be responsible for:

invoice processing and authorisation (using an automated system to accurately capture and process invoices)
payment processing and cash management (ensuring payments are timely and accurate)
Supplier relations and dealing with any queries relating to payments
Compliance and risk management
Ensuring the processes and automation systems are running smoothly
Managing supplier accounts and reconciling on the ERP system (SYSPRO)
Collaborating with stakeholders and various departments
Professional development and learning

Required:

Matric
Tertiary qualification (in finance)
Must come from manufacturing (ideally print or print-related)
Own transport
Min two years in a similar position
SYSPRO experience
