Our client is looking for a qualified motor vehicle technician (Trade Test Qualified) to join their service department.
Requirements:
- Motor Mechanic Trade Test Certificate
- Working experience on ANY of the following vehicle models: Ford, Mazda, Suzuki, Volvo or Volkswagen
- Additional qualification obtained within a dealership will be an added benefit
- Valid drivers licence
- Clear criminal record
- Stable work track record
- Ability to work well under pressure and be target-driven
- General service, repair and maintenance of vehicles
- Diagnostic/electrical work to carried out on all vehicles
- Repairs and testing of vehicles booked into workshop
- Warranty repairs as per manufacturers processes
- Managing and completing job cards
- Achieving workshop targets
- Problem-solving
- Test drive vehicles
