Production Manager (Back of House) - George, Western Cape 

Our client, a renowned bakery, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Manager (Back of House) to lead their kitchen team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for food production, and possess strong leadership skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Requirements:

• Chef Qualification – Formal culinary training will be advantageous.
• Strong People Skills – Ability to build and maintain a motivated kitchen team.
• Management/HR Experience – Previous experience in a leadership role, including staff management.
• Excellent Problem-Solving Abilities – Quick thinking and efficient decision-making under pressure.
• Responsible and Mature Demeanor – Professionalism and reliability are key.
• Kitchen Supervision – Oversee daily kitchen operations while stepping in to assist when needed.
