Office Administrator

Remuneration:	R7000 - R7500 per month

Our client is seeking an organised  office administrator to join their dynamic team in a retail shop specialising in 3D, home, and office printers, vinyl cutting and sublimation printing machines, based in George, Western Cape.

Basic roles and responsibilities:

• Ordering stock
• Keeping track of stock levels in store
• Managing stock take with shop assistants
• Liaising with suppliers
• Controlling pricing and ensuring they are price-competitive
• Constantly keeping up to date with supplier prices and ensuring they have the correct prices in the system
• Assist with product uploads on the system
• Manage company inbox/WhatsApp and reply to customers and suppliers
• Assisting with quotes and invoicing
• Assist on the floor when the shop gets busy

Requirements:

• Experience in retail and similar role
• Very organised and multitasking abilities
• Punctual and has good time management skills
• Works efficiently and has strong admin skills
• Able to manage shop assistants
• Take initiative
• Able to motivate oneself
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication
• Hard worker and willing to go the extra mile
• Willing to constantly learn about new products

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
• Saturday: 08:30 – 13:00 (1x Saturday off per month)

Salary: R7,000 – R7,500 per month
