The opportunity

We are seeking to appoint a customer-centric, energetic, and passionate sales and service consultant in our call centre based in George!

The role

The sales and service consultant is responsible for advising customers on insurance products, facilitating sales, and providing after-sales service support. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, guiding clients through policy options, and ensuring their claims and service needs are met efficiently.

Working hours

Mondays to Fridays: 00h00–07h30 or 04h00–11h00 (weekly rotational shifts).
Please note that these hours may be affected by daylight savings and operational business requirements.

Requirements

• Completed grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
• Proficient or advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
• Prior experience in a customer service or sales-driven position
• Strong attention to detail, organisational, and administration skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented with a focus on building strong client relationships
• Willingness to work the hours listed in this advert
