Job purpose:
To expertly manage the debtors of the company. You will be responsible for collecting debts, evaluating new credit requests, ensuring timely payments from customers and providing administrative support.
Job objectives:
- Record financial transactions
- Accounts payable
- Cashbook (loading of payments)
- Bank reconciliation
- Purchase order creation and management
- Invoicing
- Tax and VAT calculations
- Supplier relationship management
- Self-management
- Matric/ Grade 12 or equivalent; Relevant diploma/degree in finance
- Three + years in related field
- Computer literate – excel, word, outlook, SAP (not essential)
- Own driver’s licence and vehicle
