Key responsibilities:- Shape and execute the data strategy to align with business objectives and drive innovation.
- Lead a team of data scientists and analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of data to derive actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to solve business challenges.
- Develop and implement best practices for data governance, data quality, and data security.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and analytics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.
Skills and qualifications:- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, business science, information systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading and managing data science teams.
- Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, etc.
- Big Data Technologies: Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Apache Kafka for processing and analyzing large volumes of data.

- Power BI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
