Our client based in Centurion is looking to employ a qualified Workshop Foreman to join their team at a well-established franchise dealership.

Requirements:

• Qualified technician with diagnostic experience
• Minimum three years’ experience as a foreman
• Valid driver’s licence
• Be prepared to work overtime from time to time

Duties:

• Supervise and oversee all workshop activities, including repairs, maintenance, and servicing of vehicles.
• Allocate tasks and resources to technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of work orders.
• Monitor and inspect workmanship to ensure quality standards are met and exceeded.
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, assisting with complex repairs and diagnostics as needed.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to technicians to support their professional development and growth.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and productive working environment.
• Coordinate with service advisors and parts department to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
