Product Owner

• 3-5 years of experience as a product owner or in a similar role within a product management
• team
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Strong experience with agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
• Proficient in using product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello)
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and practices
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and analytics

• Collaborate with the lead product manager to define and communicate the product vision and strategy
• Contribute to the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands
• Maintain and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the product roadmap and strategic priorities
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure the timely and quality delivery of product features.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries
• Monitor and analyse product performance, user engagement, and other key metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Implement best practices in product development and agile methodologies
