Are you passionate about social media and love building vibrant online communities? The Content Studio is looking for a dynamic social media liaison to lead content production, engagement strategies, and community interactions for CUM and K-Way’s social media platforms.

Role overview: As our social media liaison, you'll be the heartbeat of our social media presence. Your mission? To create and implement innovative strategies that drive conversations, foster community loyalty, and enhance our brand’s social engagement.

What you’ll do:

• Content creation: Plan, create, and deploy engaging content that aligns with our brand values, including videos.
• Community engagement: Develop strategies to build and maintain active, loyal social media communities.
• Research and analysis: Conduct in-depth research on our communities and platforms to inform and refine engagement strategies.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our digital, brand, PR, merchandise, and customer care teams.
• Manage calendars: Oversee and integrate our social media content calendar, balancing sales and community-building content.
• Event support: Provide social media support at key marketing events, including some after-hours participation.
