Brief, activity plan, production, execution and evaluation of events and brand experiences
Manage the status of a job or projects with deadlines
Issuing a status report to the client with all relevant information, deadlines, and costs pertaining to all projects/jobs in the system
Present competitive analysis to your internal team and the client
Stay on top of advertising trends
Maintaining budgets
Tracking Scope of Work documents for clients and forecasting internally
Good understanding of positioning and strategy
Maintaining brand objectives and meeting deadlines
Strong administrative and reporting
Required:
Matric and relevant post high school qualification
Previous advertising agency experience
Minimum three years experience
Strong project management skills
Good communicator – written and verbal
Proactive
Excellent attention to detail

Ability to build strong and enduring client relationships
Good negotiator
Effective team management capabilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes ( Excel , PowerPoint, Word)
Driver's licence
