Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded digital strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our presence on Amazon across multiple territories, managing our online store, and driving digital advertising initiatives. Additionally, the digital strategist will be tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy encompassing various channels such as mailers, blogs, SEO, and more. The role also involves active participation in the creation and execution of overall marketing plans and campaigns.

Responsibilities

Amazon management

• Strategically manage our presence on Amazon across multiple territories.
• Monitor and optimise product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximise sales and profitability.
• Analyse Amazon performance metrics and develop actionable insights to drive growth.

Online store management

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online store, ensuring a seamless customer experience from browsing to checkout.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise product assortment, merchandising, and promotions.
• Implement strategies to increase website traffic, conversion rates, and average order value.

Digital advertising

• Plan, execute, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Amazon Advertising.
• Monitor campaign performance and ROI, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve campaign objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital advertising to drive innovation and efficiency.

Strategic digital planning

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Manage the company's blog, ensuring regular publication of high-quality content optimised for SEO and audience engagement.

Marketing involvement

• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
• Participate in the planning and execution of marketing strategies, ensuring digital channels are integrated effectively.
• Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and assets, providing digital insights and recommendations.
• Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, offering insights and suggestions for optimisation and improvement.

Analytics and reporting

• Utilise analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital initiatives.
• Generate regular reports detailing key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations to optimise digital strategy and drive business results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related role.
• Demonstrated success in managing Amazon accounts across multiple territories.
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Amazon Advertising.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for driving results through digital innovation.
