Are you a dynamic and creative content creator with a passion for storytelling and a flair for visual content production? We’re looking for a talented mid-weight/senior content filmmaker to join our creative team. You’ll take responsibility for the content marketing output of our clients, working alongside the digital content producer to create compelling, trend-savvy content for high-profile brands.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and the creative team to develop and interpret production briefs.
• Conceptualise, plan, and execute video and photo shoots using mirrorless or cinema cameras and professional lighting.
• Lead the editing process to deliver high-quality content optimised for various digital platforms.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and incorporate innovative ideas into content strategies.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Provide creative direction and contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop impactful content.

What we’re looking for

• Four or more years of experience in content production, preferably within retail or FMCG sectors.
• Relevant degree and/or qualifications that align with the job specifications.
• Advanced proficiency with mirrorless or cinema cameras, professional lighting equipment, and audio capture.
• Expertise in video editing software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects (advantageous).
• Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop for content refinement.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and the digital content landscape.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Strong storytelling skills, creative vision, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and adaptable with a solution-oriented mindset.
