A manufacturing company is looking for a skilled designer to join their team. This role involves designing moulds and contributing to new technology development for the manufacturing process.

Requirements:

Education:

• Matric.
• Qualification in industrial design, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics.

Experience:

• At least three years of experience in a technical design role.
• Previous experience in the automation industry is preferred.

Technical skills:

• Proficiency in CAD (computer-aided design) and SolidWorks.
• Experience in mould design within a toolroom environment.
• Strong understanding of blow moulding and injection moulding processes.
• Ability to convert fabrication processes into ready-to-manufacture designs.
• Expertise in assessing the feasibility of construction and functionality of development concepts.
