A car rental company, is seeking a qualified motor vehicle technician to join their service department.

Requirements:     

• Motor Mechanic Trade Test Certificate
• Additional qualifications/training obtained within a dealership will be an added benefit
• Valid Drivers licence 
• Clear criminal record                                                 
• Stable work track record
• Ability to work well under pressure and be target-driven

Duties and responsibilities: 

• General service, repair and maintenance of vehicles
• Diagnostic/electrical work to carried out on all vehicles 
• Repairs and testing of vehicles booked into workshop
• Warranty repairs as per manufacturers processes
• Managing and completing job cards
• Achieving workshop targets
• Problem solving
• Test drive vehicles
