At MPCSA, we are creating specific new solutions and systems for our customers, hence our interest in the automotive industry. Many companies within the supply chain and logistics industries are benefiting from the long-term advantages of returnable plastic containers over disposable packaging and we believe we can extend this benefit into the automotive component manufacturing industry. A recent example is the introduction of VDA standard KLT small load carriers into our product range.

Mpact Plastics is a leading producer of rigid plastic packaging in southern Africa, serving an array of industries, including food, beverage, personal care, homecare, pharmaceutical, agricultural and retail markets, both in South Africa and to other countries on the African continent.
The eight production sites are strategically situated across most provinces within southern Africa to ensure optimal geographical reach and delivery to our customers. The four distinct business clusters include PET products and closures, FMCG (fast moving consumer goods), returnable transit packaging (RTP) and expanded polystyrene packaging and Vinyls cling film. Together with our ISO 22 000 and BRC certification, the newly established R350 million rand PET recycling plant in Wadeville (Gauteng) opened its doors in 2015 and contributes to our promise: Smarter, sustainable solutions.
