Radisson Blu Le Vendome Hotel appoints new executive chef
The newly-opened Radisson Blu Le Vendome Hotel on Sea Point's Platinum Mile has announced the appointment of Craig Carmichael as executive chef. Craig brings over 20 years' experience in the food industry to the table.
Honing his skills at the Wijnland Restaurant as chef de partie and at the Morgenhof Wine Estate, Craig then worked as executive chef at top hotels in Cape Town before being appointed group executive chef for the Three Cities group in 2006.
