Advertising New appointments South Africa

New appointments at Publicis South Africa

Publicis South Africa has made several new staff appointments this year.

  • Chris Lesser is senior art director. Chris is a graduate of the AAA School of Advertising, and holds a Diploma in advertising art and graphic design. His current client portfolio includes the likes of News Café, Nestlé, Cadbury, SAB, Proctor & Gamble, Hewlett Packard and Garnier.

  • Nicole Bruce is client service director. She looks after some of the agency's most important consumer and FMCG clients including Nestlé, sanofi-aventis OTC, News Café, SAB, Purina and MAN Trucks.

    Nicole holds a Diploma in marketing management and is currently in her fourth year of studying law.

  • Samantha Sampson is traffic controller. She started out as a nurse, but it was her brief stint in client service at an agency that made Samantha realise that advertising was in her blood.

  • Vuyiswa Mutshekwane is junior account executive. Vuyiswa holds a BCom Economics degree in politics and philosophy from the University of Cape Town.

  • Tarryn Schoeman is account executive. She recently completed her postgraduate Diploma in marketing and advertising from the Red and Yellow School of Logic and Magic. Now, she is kept on her toes by the dynamics of her leading PC vendor client, Hewlett Packard.

  • Other appointments include TV production assistant, Magda de Wet, and Sonette Mostert as administration manager.
