Toy drive highlights Aids orphans' plight
East Coast Radio's ‘Toy Story', which kicks off again mid-October – 23 December 2007, is a drive to get money donated for food parcels and toys in a bid to bring relief to KwaZulu-Natal's HIV/Aids victims. This year East Coast Radio intends distributing more than 10 000 food parcels, costing R300 each, and over 70 000 toys. The call-to-action on air will begin soon as food parcels and toy deliveries take place during November and December. Listen to East Coast Radio or log onto www.ecr.co.za from mid-October to find out how you can contribute to the Toy Story 2007 campaign.
