We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as direct sales representatives in the retail industry. As a direct sales representative, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our products to customers. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing clients to maximise sales opportunities
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve or exceed targets
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions

Requirements

• Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the retail industry is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to drive sales and close deals
• Results-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
