Job description

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic customer sales agent to join our team in the retail industry. As a customer sales agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and assisting with their purchase decisions. This is a dynamic role that requires great interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping customers find the perfect products.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome upon entering the store.
• Assist customers by offering product recommendations and providing detailed information about product features and benefits.
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis, actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think quickly on your feet.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as required by the business.
