We are seeking a friendly and motivated Junior Sales Agent to join our team in the retail industry. As a junior sales agent, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and maximising sales opportunities. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive shopping experience for all customers
• Effectively communicate product knowledge and information to customers
• Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards to maximize store presentation and sales
• Achieve sales targets and goals by proactively engaging with customers and upselling products
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the store operates smoothly and efficiently
• Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment activities to ensure products are readily available for customers
