We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic insurance sales agents to join our team in the retail industry. As an insurance sales agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance policies to potential clients. This role requires strong sales and customer service skills, as well as a thorough knowledge of various insurance products and policies. The successful candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication abilities, and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify and assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies.
• Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage options to clients.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of insurance products and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up with leads to convert them into clients.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing.
• Process policy applications and handle policy renewals.
