The Retail Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining the Overa appearance of the store. This role involves interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate products.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
• Provide detailed product information and demonstrate features.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain the visual appeal and cleanliness of the store.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and store promotions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
