Our client within the automotive industry is looking to employ a customer experience team leader (product genius) in Sandton, Johannesburg.

This role involves the provision of an excellent support service which will ensure a functional and seamless on floor customer experience in which the showroom floor is effectively supervised and supported.

Requirements:

Grade 12 is essential
Customer facing certification or diploma
Leadership skills
Minimum five years of experience in a customer interfacing role.
Able to work under pressure
Transparent and honest
Excellent administrative abilities
Process driven
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Ability to follow through on instructions
Be a team player
Computer proficiency

Duties (but not limited to):

Delivery logistics
Customer handover
Aftersales
Showroom and facilities supervision
