Marketing and Communications Manager

• Bachelor's Degree / NQF Level 7, Bachelor Honours Degree / NQF Level 8 in Management Sciences: Marketing/ Social Sciences: Communications, or a relevant qualification
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications or similar role 
• Must have experience in legal services or professional services (e.g. consulting, advisory, auditing, and or accounting services)

• Formulate a communication and marketing strategy for the firm considering internal and external requirements, as well as public/media relations objectives
• Plan the firm’s annual communications schedule in alignment with focus areas by establishing internal and external communication requirements and objectives for sectors, practice groups, and various Business Services departments
• Assist in determining target audience profiles and ensure messages and content are tailored appropriately as per key messages agreed in the marketing and content strategies
• Oversight of marketing collateral production
• Work with the digital marketing manager to develop integrated digital marketing campaigns
