What will you do:

The marketing projects and traffic controller is a seasoned professional responsible for overseeing and streamlining marketing project workflows across multiple marketing functions within a brand-driven FMCG organisation. With extensive experience, this role ensures alignment with global best practices, strategic resource management, efficient process coordination and proactive problem-solving to consistently deliver within committed timelines.

What will you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, communications, or related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in managing marketing projects and cross-functional teams
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Autonomous work capability, effective prioritisation and adaptability in dynamic environments
• Proactive approach with strong initiative and adaptability
• Expertise in prioritisation, strategic planning and delivering results independently
