Sales and Administrative Executive

Our client is looking for a dynamic an organised sales and administrative executive to join their team in George, Western Cape.

Requirements:
  • Matric qualification
  • Good numerical skills
  • Must have own vehicle
  • Ability to cope with pressure
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Friendly demeanor and attention to detail
  • Previous sales and administration experience
  • Computer literate (Windows, Word, Outlook, and Excel – intermediate level)
Key responsibilities:
  • Handel internal and external sales
  • Assisting clients with inquiries and product recommendations
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sale growth
  • Process quotes, invoices, and orders efficiently 
  • Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, filling and customer records
  • Provide exceptional support to sales team and ensure smooth daily operations.
