As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our valued customers. Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with product selection and provide personalized recommendations
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, ensuring shelves are stocked and merchandise is properly displayed
  • Answer customer inquiries in a knowledgeable and friendly manner
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and ensure awareness of current promotions and sales
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a calm and professional manner
  • Assist in inventory management, including receiving and unpacking shipments
Requirements:
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations
