Our client is seeking an experienced warranty and aftersales administrator with dealership commercial vehicle experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess a strong work ethic, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence. Minimum requirements- Matric or higher qualification
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar role
- Code 8 driver’s licence
Job description- Process and validate warranty claims in line with FAW policies and company guidelines.
- Provide professional assistance to dealers and customers, resolving warranty-related inquiries promptly.
- Accurately input and maintain warranty claim records in the database.
- Generate reports and analyse trends to enhance the warranty process.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with technical and parts teams to address warranty issues.
- Support the aftersales team with data entry, filing, document management, and scheduling.
- Coordinate schedules to ensure timely service delivery.
- Handle dealer and customer queries regarding aftersales, warranties, and parts orders.
