Receptionist and Administrator
Our clients in the automotive sector is seeking a
receptionist/administrator for their prestige dealership, based in Emalahleni /Witbank.
Must be able to start ASAP.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:- Providing excellent customer service
- Greeting clients
- Answering calls
- Taking messages.
- Diverting calls to the different departments
- Assist with workshop bookings
- Opening job cards
The ideal candidate must have an excellent telephone manner, possess strong communication skills, work well under pressure, and have good organising skills. If you are a reliable and efficient individual with a passion for customer service, they would love to have you on the team!
