An infrastructure engineering and advisory firm with a commitment to maximising the value of infrastructure is seeking a senior business intelligence developer to join their team. The role involves data modelling, dashboard creation, and providing analytical insights to clients, supporting their mission to create impactful infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into technical specifications
• Design, build, and deploy BI solutions, including data warehousing models
• Evaluate and improve current BI systems
• Collaborate with teams to integrate systems
• Develop and execute database queries and analyses
• Create visualisations and reports for projects
• Develop and update technical documentation
• Provide client data support
• Maintain and support data analytics platforms
• Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, informatics, or similar
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate in Business Intelligence Development
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert or Azure data engineer certification
• Experience with data warehouse design (e.g., dimensional modelling) and data mining
• Strong understanding of database management systems, OLAP, and ETL framework
• Familiarity with BI technologies, such as:
  • Power BI
  • DAX
  • Microsoft SQL, T-SQL
  • SSRS, SSIS, SSAS
  • Azure
