Top Print and Packaging company is looking for a Talent Acquisition addition to their HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the group's talent acquisition, together with some general HR duties, but the focus will be on recruitment and talent acquisition.

The successful candidate needs to be able to sell the company and its ethos to potential employees/talent, and must be able to attract the right type of talent to fit the company culture.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (some but not all duties listed):

• Interviewing
• Job ads and specs
• Employment contracts
• Some general HR duties including keeping track of leave records etc

Skills required:

• Matric
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Min 3 years in a similar role
• MUST come from a Manufacturing or Agency environment, first prize being the Print or Packaging sector
• Own transport
• Great with people and passionate about recruitment
