Who are we looking for: Project manager/executive assistant

What will you do: This role will also encompass the functions of an executive personal assistant, providing direct support to our CEO and team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects across various departments and possess exceptional interpersonal skills.

What will you need:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field
Minimum of five years of experience in project management and executive assistance
Strong familiarity with project management software and tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
High level of discretion and ethical approach to business
This role operates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where each day present unique challenges and opportunities.
Adaptability and readiness to tackle diverse tasks daily are essential. The work is characterised by constant learning, ensuring that every day brings new insights and growth opportunities
