New Vehicle Sales Manager - Pretoria North, Gauteng
Our client is seeking a Vehicle Sales Manager for their dealership in Pretoria, Gauteng.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the used and second-tier market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance their performance and professional development.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring the availability of quality vehicles to meet market demand.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Results-driven with a strong business acumen.
