F&I Assistant

• High school diploma
• Proven experience as an F&I Assistant within the automotive industry (beneficial)
• Proficiency with Signio software (non-negotiable!)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Assist the Finance Manager in preparing and completing paperwork for vehicle financing and leasing.
• Utilize Signio software to process credit applications and contracts efficiently.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of financing applications to financial institutions.
• Maintain meticulous records of finance transactions and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with customers to gather necessary documentation and information for financing.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager during negotiations and deal closures.
• Handle inquiries from customers regarding financing options and terms.
• Collaborate with sales and service departments to facilitate a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to automotive financing.
