An innovative African digital tech hub specialising in user experience design, mobile and web technologies, and machine learning is seeking an exceptional cloud engineer. This role will involve building cloud-native solutions for custom mobile apps and web platforms, with a strong emphasis on leveraging Azure cloud technologies.
Key requirements
- Over eight years of experience in software development, with a focus on the C# .NET stack.
- Over four years of experience as a cloud engineer, with a preference for expertise in Azure. Key technologies include:
- Azure Functions (advanced).
- Azure Logic Apps (advanced).
- Azure Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Azure AD B2C.
- Strong skills in database and API design, development using C# .NET Core, SQL, and serverless architecture.
- Familiarity with Node.js and JavaScript, as some back-end systems are built with these technologies. Knowledge of NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Desirable: experience with Bicep for infrastructure as code (IaC) and a background in electronics or IoT.
- A relevant degree (e.g., computer science, IT, or a related field).
