Social Digital Designer

Main purpose of the job:

As a Social Digital designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our digital presence effectively communicates our brand message and engages our audience.

Main responsibilities:

• Design and produce digital assets, including banners, social media graphics, email templates, and web pages.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually engaging content for campaigns.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for digital projects.
• Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to keep our digital presence fresh and innovative.
• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
• Revise designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.

Key competencies/skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a digital designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
