The opportunity:

We are looking for a customer-focused, energetic sales and service consultant for our call centre in George.

The role:

The sales and service consultant will advise customers on insurance products, facilitate sales, and provide after-sales service support. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, guiding clients through policy options, and ensuring efficient handling of claims and service needs.

Working hours:

Mondays to Fridays, with shifts from 00h00 – 07h30 or 04h00 – 11h00 (weekly rotation, with potential changes due to daylight savings).

Requirements:

• Completed grade 12 / national senior certificate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in a customer service or sales role.
• Strong attention to detail, and organisational and administration skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Willingness to work the listed hours.
