      Volkswagen Certified Service Advisor - Durban - Kwazulu Natal

      Our client, a well-established dealership, is looking for a Certified Volkswagen Service Advisor to join their Service Department.

      Salary:
      R15 000 - R20 000 basic 

      Responsibilities:
      • Meet and greet customers 
      • Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
      • Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details on system
      • Update necessary vehicle details
      • Prepare quotations    
      • Ensure accurate invoice payments
      • Full vehicle handover process       
      • Customer follow ups    
      • Maintain a high CSI

      Requirements:
      • Matric certificate
      • Clear criminal record / credit record
      • Minimum 3 years experience as a Certified VW Service Advisor
      • Proficiency on Evolve
      • Ability to work under pressure
      • Outgoing and vibrant personality
