Administrator - Inbound Call centre

Remuneration:R9000 - R12000 per month

Inbound call centre requires the services of an experienced administrator from a call centre (perm contract and will include M/Aid and P/Fund)

Required
  • Grade 12 
  • Relevant computer skills/certifications
  • Office administrative skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
  • high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Computer literate in MS Office, Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
Duties
  • Process calls/correspondence from sales orders
  • Capture and processing orders on the system
  • Solving problems pertaining stock/quantities etc
