E-commerce company needs the services of an experienced trainer to get involved in process training and coaching.
Required
- Grade 12
- Three year diploma in HR pref or other
- 18 months' experience in facilitating training
- Call centre experience is highly recommended
- Good command of English plus other RSA languages
- Powerpoint, video/training content tools, Forms etc
- L&D platform experience advantageous
- PR or some form of public speaking training advantageous
- Good listener
- Team player
- Wanting to uplift people
- Creative in presenting topics/training etc
