About the role
A large property company is seeking an experienced quantity surveyor to join its team and support the expansion of its property portfolio.

Requirements

• Grade 12
• Qualification in quantity surveying (QS)
• PR registration (PrQS)
• Ten years of post-qualification experience essential

Responsibilities

• Oversee the division’s performance to meet strategic goals
• Retain existing clients and build relationships with new clients
• Ensure a high standard of service excellence
• Develop and refine service offerings
• Drive business and divisional strategy
• Manage the delivery of profitable, high-quality, professional services
• Ensure effective cost and quality management
