One-eyed Jack is on the hunt for a brilliant PR practitioner to join our team. We’re a leading creative communications and event agency with a reputation for making noise in all the right places, and we need someone who can do the same. If you live for finding an angle, know how to land stories, and have media contacts on speed dial, we want to hear from you.

You’ll be responsible for B2B PR for One-eyed Jack and B2C PR for our clients across property, AI and tech, and event marketing, including the DStv Content Creator Awards. It’s a fast-moving, high-energy role where creativity and hustle meet strategy and execution.

What we’re looking for:

• A PR pro with 7 to 15 years’ experience in the game.
• A black book of top-tier media contacts that actually answer your calls.
• The ability to craft stories that journalists can’t resist.
• A strategic thinker who can manage accounts and drive results.
• Strong writing skills with a knack for nailing the perfect pitch.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers under pressure.
• A team player who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
• A genuinely good human who vibes with the team and brings positive energy to the mix.
• Location: We’re based in Gardens, Cape Town, so ideally, you are too. If you’re in Johannesburg and have what it takes, we’ll consider it.
