We are looking for a UI design lead with a strong design background, proven UI design experience, and a working knowledge of data analysis. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of user interfaces that enhance our digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing customer experience. In your role, you will collaborate closely with product developers, marketing and our technical development team.
Key responsibilities:- Lead the design of user interfaces across web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with NetFlorist’s brand guidelines.
- Manage design experimentation processes, including A/B testing and data analysis, to inform design improvements and optimise user experiences.
- Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure successful implementation of designs.
- Maintain and evolve the design system to support scalable and consistent design practices.
- Utilise Excel and other tools to analyse data and measure the impact of design decisions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI design.
Skills:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, interaction design, visual communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of professional experience in UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
- Design Expertise: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Data Analysis Skills: Working knowledge of Excel for analyzing data related to design experiments and making data-informed design decisions.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
- Problem-solving: Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to balance user needs with business goals.
- Familiarity with UX principles and user-centered design methodologies.
- Experience with usability testing and user research.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
