Contracts Engineer – June 2025 Start | Dubai, UAE We are recruiting for a reputable construction contracting company in Dubai, currently engaged in several high-value civil and infrastructure projects. They are looking for an experienced Contracts Engineer to join their commercial team starting June 2025.

About the Role
This is a critical role for a detail-oriented Contracts Engineer with strong contractual knowledge and a background in UAE construction. You’ll be responsible for managing contract terms, ensuring compliance, and supporting the resolution of contractual matters throughout project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage project contracts and subcontracts
• Ensure contractual compliance with UAE laws and project requirements
• Support tendering processes and contract negotiations
• Monitor contract performance and flag potential risks or deviations
• Coordinate with legal teams, consultants, and site personnel 
• Manage claims, variations, and contract close-out procedures

 
Requirements

• Proven experience of 5+ years as a Contracts Engineer within the UAE Construction Contracting sector
• Strong understanding of FIDIC and UAE contract law
• Skilled in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
• Strong attention to detail and legal/technical writing
• Excellent communication and document management skills
