Subscriptions Customer Service Intern
Highbury Media T/A Habari Media is an independent magazine and digital publishing company responsible for some of the best-performing titles. We are looking for a Customer Service Intern to join our team and help maintain our excellent service standards.
Responsibilities:- Addressing customer complaints, responding to inquiries, and resolving common issues
- Inbound phone support
- Email
- Meeting and exceeding performance targets related to resolution times, response rates, customer feedback, and service quality
Qualifications:- At least six months of experience in an inbound call centre environment
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and consistently meet or exceed daily targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (email proficiency is especially important)
- Competent in using backend admin systems, and able to quickly learn new technologies
